This class combines a series of postures, where with a lighter paced flow, students will be able to move with a sense of ease from one posture to another, connecting with the breath.Designed to give you room to explore your practice, discover the relationship between strength, flexibility, and stretch, stability and ease, and deepen your understanding of the body's alignment and balance.

This practice provides calm, strength and grounding, offering a space where you can find balance. Through mindful movement and deep breathing, it encourages the release of tension and fosters a sense of inner peace.
This 70 min Vinyasa Yoga class is a slower paced organic flow of movement and breath, suitable for all levels of experience and flexibility.
We start class with centering and pranayama (breath work) followed by a warm up into a sequence of forward bends, twists, backbends, standing poses and a guided muscle relaxation at the end. With a focus on building strength, awareness and mobility this class will also boost your mood and relieve stress.
All levels are welcome as long as you honour your own pace.
There are modifications or advice for using props to support your practice available at all times.

Since 2008 she is a certified Pilates Mat Instructor and a certified Ohashiatsu Consultant.
Mandy completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 with Betsy Case at Yoga Haven,NY.
With clarity and ease, Mandy guides her students through vinyasa style classes emphasising on building awareness, foundation, alignment and strength.
Her positive and calm personality encourages her students to explore and trust their own abilities and find joy in movement.
Her Pilates classes are a combination of classical Pilates principles and her PT experience.

Mandy Engelke Desmond is a Children's Yoga Teacher, Storyteller and a mom.
Her yoga practice began over 25 years ago, as part of her physiotherapy training in Germany.
She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and Kids Yoga Teacher Training with Betsy Kase and Clare Mottola at Yoga Haven, NY in 2016.
Followed in 2020 by the 95 hour Children's Yoga Certification with Yoga Ed for Children, Teens and trauma-informed Children's Yoga .
Mandy’s yoga classes are filled with smiles and giggles. Her calm voice,
intuitive manner and warm sense of humour encourage every child to discover their own sense of self, build confidence and practise overcoming difficulties without becoming overwhelmed.
Currently, Mandy is bringing her Yoga & Fairytales to Primary schools, after school programs and libraries all over County Cork and County Waterford in Ireland.

This 45 min. Zoom class is a combination of Mat Pilates and different workout techniques including Yoga, Barre and strength training with dumbbells, elastic bands and the magic circle. Aimed to tone and activate your whole body. We focus on core strength, back care and work out arms, shoulders and legs.

Was dich erwartet:
In dieser 60-minütigen Session kombinieren wir medizinisches Fachwissen mit der heilenden Kraft des Geschichtenerzählens. Wir starten mit einem ruhigen Vinyasa Flow, das speziell darauf ausgerichtet ist, die Verspannungen des Tages zu lösen. Als Physiotherapeutin und Yogalehrerin achte ich auf eine sichere, anatomisch korrekte Ausrichtung, die deinen Körper entlastet.
Im zweiten Teil gleiten wir in die Märchen-Meditation. Während du es dir bereits gemütlich machst, lese ich dir ausgewählte Märchen und irische Legenden vor. Diese Form der narrativen Meditation hilft deinem Nervensystem, in den „Rest & Digest“-Modus zu schalten – die perfekte Vorbereitung für einen tiefen, erholsamen Schlaf.

In ihrem Kurs „Wohlfühl-Yoga " nutzt sie Märchen-Meditationen, um das Nervensystem ihrer Schüler sanft in einen tiefen Regenerationszustand zu führen – die perfekte Vorbereitung für einen erholsamen Schlaf.
